NCNE is particularly interested in the strategic aspects of financial management including, for example, how a nonprofit should think about endowment in relation to its mission, and how it is possible to assess whether a nonprofit is financially healthy - likely to sustain and grow the impact it has on the problem that it exists to address. We have begun to collect, under "Thinking and Comment" some material that explores these issues.
